Easterseals Iowa Assistive Technology Program
Iowa Council on Assistive Technology

The statewide Advisory Council, also known as ICAT, is made up of a consumer majority. State agency and disability organization representatives also serve on the ICAT. The ICAT approves the IPAT State Plan, reviews data, and provides input on program activities.

We are always interested in speaking with potential new members and are periodically recruiting for our advisory council. Members should have an interest or experience with assistive technology. To learn more about being a member of ICAT and the application process, please call us at 866-866-8782 or email us at

The Easter Seals Iowa Assistive Technology Program is made possible through funding from the Center for Disabilities and Development at University of Iowa Health Care supported by the State AT Program grant from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Administration for Community Living. Its contents are solely the responsibility of the authors and do not necessarily represent the official views of the Administration for Community Living or HHS.
